When user accounts become available, this policy will be extended before they are enabled.
We do not collect special categories of data or data about minors. The Platform is intended for companies and professionals.

4. Who receives it and how it is protected
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties.
- Restricted access: only authorized personnel access the data, on protected systems.
- Service providers: we share data only with the providers needed to run the service, under data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

5. International transfers
The controller is established in the United States and some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework when the recipient participates in it.
6. How long we keep data

To exercise them, write to privacy@innovision.one with the subject "Privacy · The Thinking Company" and state which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
